    知识体系、理论体系、学科基础的统一性问题。目前，开设了与物流相关专业的高校遍布全国。据不完全统计，有超过300所高校设置了与物流相关的专业，这些专业在各个高校分别存在于机械系（或学院）、工业工程系（或学院）、交通系（或学院）、电子商务系（或学院）、管理学院、经济学院等等，其课程体系和标准各不相同，各自为政、自成一家的现象极为普遍，缺乏全国统一的知识体系、理论体系以及学科基础要求。这种局面亟须学界拿出对策加以改变。
