    一是物流与供应链管理的概念认知问题。在2001年之前，我国对物流与供应链管理的概念的认识和解读可谓百花齐放，中华人民共和国国家标准物流术语GB/T18354-2001的及时出版，成为破除纷争和规范学界认知的法律依据，适应了物流业迅速发展和与国际接轨的需要。但随着物流与供应链管理实践的发展，这些术语标准的内涵、外延以及基本认知均发生了很大的变化，如物流概念中，把配送与仓储、运输等功能要素并列是否合适；在供应链的概念中，企业界早就把它从企业制造与产品流通流程的认知层次上升到了平台的认知层面上，供应链已经没有所谓上下游的概念，而是一个泛平台的应用和管理。因此，对已经启用15年的国家标准物流术语进行梳理、再认知和重新定义，是学术界的责任。

For example, in the concept of logistics, it is suitable for the functional elements of distribution, warehousing and transportation. In the concept of supply chain, the business community has already made it from the enterprise and the product circulation. The cognitive level of the process has risen to the cognitive level of the platform. The supply chain has no concept of upstream and downstream, but is a pan platform application and management. Therefore, it is the responsibility of academia to sort out, recognize and redefine the national standard logistics terms that have been in operation for 15 years.
