相信每位同学都有自己的学习方法，谈论起来也都能说出一些门道。但如果要你条理清晰地介绍自己的学习方法，可能并不是那么简单。

题目解析

这个话题需要我们描述“能帮助我们学习的方法”。这里在审题的时候要注意，重点是“help”，也就是说这种方法是能促进我们学习的，而不是给我们的学习拖后腿。

那首先我们在答题的时候要划定一个方位，学习的对象是什么，是语文、数学和英语，还是历史、化学，或者是新兴的电脑编程等等。任意选择一个我们比较擅长的或者熟悉的就可以了。

我们这里以英语学习为例，谈一谈英语学习中的Krieger Method（克雷格学习法）。

First：What it is?

首先我们需要介绍一下我们要讲的这种方法，克雷格学习法。

那么我们怎么介绍克雷格学习法才能让考官理解呢？我们可以将这个问题分为两部分：

a）是谁发明创造的－Andy Krieger，那这个人有什么头衔，因为什么而出名，可以略微一句带过。

b）是用于专攻哪方面的－英语语音。这么一说，基本上考官对这个方法都能有一个比较明确的认知了。

Second：How you learn it?

这个问题会让一些同学觉得只有简单的一两句话，比如说我在书店了，我在某个网站上看到了，然后跟着书中或者网站上的指示一步步地学习，那只说这个就够了吗？

肯定不是，我们需要谨记“speak at length”，对书中或网站上你看到的内容，都可以进行一定地扩展，让考官你是具体怎么按照书中或网站的内容进行学习步骤的优化的。

The book Accent Reduction Course introduces the Krieger Method to me. Basically, it says if learners want to speak good English, they have to strictly practice according to the following steps. One, speak more slowly. Surprisingly, when I slowed down my speech, I would not miss some phonemes. The other, also one of the most important steps, put the tongue and lip in the exact position before you take air in and breathe out. I mean, when I tried to do this, I knew where I should put my tongue and whether I needed to close my mouth. I easily corrected plenty of mistakes I made before.

这个问题其实只需要根据问题回答“我们是什么时候使用这种方法的”。那可以从两个角度思考回答这个问题：

第一：我们从何时开始接触并开始使用这种方法的；

第二：我们现在是否还有继续使用这种方法。

Fourth：How you feel about the method?

这个小问题问的是“你是如何看待这种方法的？”你可以说自己赞同，也可以说自己不赞同，也可以用批判性眼光来看待。

赞同的原因可以有，短时有效，相比其余方法（影子跟读Shadowing，背诵Recitation），更有趣，能吸引学习者等等。

而不赞同的原因可以是：尽管有帮助，但是这个方法存在多多少少的缺陷。

回答这个问题以总分结构两层会使整个答案更有逻辑哦。
