产品特点 施工简单，高耐磨性，品质稳定，
技术参数 1、外 观：粘稠液体，20000－60000cps/25℃。
2、丝 网：300－400目网版，丝印刮刀：70－75度聚氨酯刮刀。
3、辅助剂：稀释剂C-2 UV专用开油水,固化剂S-8。
4、干固条件：烘烤15-30分钟，或过流水拉后直接UV固化（能量要求800mj/cm2）。
5、用 量：35－40m2/Kg。
6、储存方法：本品应储存于避光容器内，避免受热和潮湿，储存期为半年，半年后性能若无变化可继续使用。

施工程序 A、UV面/真空电镀UV面/PU面
  1、按照油墨：固化剂＝10：1（重量比）加入S-8固化剂并搅拌均匀。
  2、根据施工粘度要求加入适量稀释剂。
  3、印制完成后直接过流水线。
  4、UV固化（能量要求大于800-1200mj/cm2，EHT能量计）。
B、ABS/PC+ABS /PC/PMMA/HIPS等
  1、根据施工粘度要求加入适量稀释剂。
  2、印制完成后普通烤炉75℃烘烤15-30分钟。
  3、UV固化（能量要求大于800-1200mj/cm2，EHT能量计）。 
注意事项 1、使用前，应检查油墨是否与基材适应，基材表面处理程度，基材表面干净程度（是否有太多脱膜剂、离型剂、油渍），基材的柔韧性和刚性。
2、可用酒精擦拭去除灰尘、油渍、脱除脱膜剂和离型剂。
3、应试印确认后方可批量生产。
