FORTRON 1342L4 SF3001 NATURAL是一种线性、半结晶、阻燃、低磨损的聚苯硫醚（PPS）特种级玻璃纤维和聚四氟乙烯增强材料。与其他材料相比，对气体、碳氢化合物和其他液体相对不渗透。具有高尺寸稳定性、低摩擦系数、低收缩率、良好的机械性能、高温抗蠕变性、高连续使用温度（160°C 至 240°C）和极低的吸湿性。具有高硬度、高刚性，并具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐水解性、抗氧化性、耐热性和耐石蜡堆积性。在高温下对 200°C 以下的所有溶剂、酸、碱、典型和替代汽车燃料以及石油油具有良好的耐化学性。可通过注塑成型进行加工。适用于无铅焊接和金属更换应用。用于轴承、齿轮和其他滑动摩擦/磨损应用。符合RoHS、PFOS和PFOA法规。


FORTRON 1342L4 SF3001 NATURAL is a linear, semi-crystalline, flame retardant, low wear polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) specialty grade reinforced with glass fiber and PTFE . Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials. Provides high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, low shrinkage, excellent mechanical properties, creep resistance at high temperatures, high continuous use temperature (160°C to 240°C) and very low moisture absorption. Offers high hardness, rigidity and exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion, hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and paraffin buildup. Shows excellent chemical resistance to all solvents below 200°C, acids, bases, typical and alternative automotive fuels and petroleum fluids at elevated temperatures. Can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable for lead-free soldering and metal replacement applications. Used for bearings, gears and other sliding friction/wear applications. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations.
