Fortron ICE 504L SD3002是一种线性、半结晶、阻燃的聚苯硫醚（PPS）牌号，由玻璃纤维增强。具有高强度、韧性和良好的焊接性。与其他材料相比，对气体、碳氢化合物和其他液体相对不渗透。具有良好的流动性、高尺寸稳定性、低摩擦系数、低收缩率、优异的机械和良好的电气性能、高温下的抗蠕变性、高连续使用温度（160°C 至 240°C）和极低的吸湿性。在高温下提供高硬度和刚性，从而实现良好的承重性能。具有更快的结晶速率和循环时间。具有出色的耐腐蚀性、耐水解性、抗氧化性、耐热性和抗石蜡堆积性。对 200°C 以下的所有溶剂、酸、碱、典型和替代汽车燃料以及高温下的石油流体具有出色的耐化学性。可通过注塑成型加工。适用于无铅焊接和金属替代应用。符合 RoHS、PFOS 和 PFOA 法规。


Fortron ICE 504L is a linear, semicrystalline, flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with glass fiber. Possesses high strength, toughness and good weldability. Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials. Provides good flow, high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, low shrinkage, excellent mechanical and good electrical properties, creep resistance at high temperatures, high continuous use temperature (160°C to 240°C) and very low moisture absorption. Offers high hardness and rigidity at elevated temperatures allowing good load bearing performance. Exhibits faster crystallization rate and cycle times. and excellent resistance to corrosion, hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and paraffin buildup. Shows excellent chemical resistance to all solvents below 200°C, acids, bases, typical and alternative automotive fuels and petroleum fluids at elevated temperatures. Can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable for lead-free soldering and metal replacement applications. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations.
