Makrolon 2458是一种低粘度聚碳酸酯（PC）等级。适用于121°C下的EtO和蒸汽灭菌。具有易脱模、高耐热性、良好的韧性、良好的尺寸稳定性、高蠕变模量和良好的电绝缘性能。具有高流动性、良好的透明度、高冲击强度以及耐化学和水解性。由该等级制成的产品具有经用性、高效的可重复使用性以及节约能源和二氧化碳排放。适用于注塑加工。2458建议用于肾上腺素自动注射器等医疗应用。根据ISO 10993-1测试要求，具有生物相容性。


Makrolon 2458 is a low viscosity polycarbonate (PC) grade. Is suitable for EtO and steam sterilization at 121°C. Exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties. Possesses high-flow, good transparency, high impact strength and chemical and hydrolysis resistance. Products made from the grade provides durability, efficient reusability and energy and CO2 emission savings. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. 2458 is recommended for medical applications like in epinephrine auto-injector. Is biocompatible according to ISO 10993-1 test requirements.
