    Promoting green logistics
    绿色化是物流业发展的重要方向，也是物流现代化的重要标志之一。物流过程的空间跨度性和时间跨度性决定了其对环境和资源的重大影响。这种影响既有空间的广泛性又具有时间的长期性。中国高度重视绿色物流发展，在绿色采购、绿色运输、绿色仓储、绿色包装、绿色配送、废弃物回收等领域取得不小进展，但因绿色物流发展起步较晚，当前还存在一系列突出的问题：各界对绿色物流的认识有待提高，发展绿色物流的技术和基础设施水平比较落后，绿色物流规划政策亟待完善。未来发展亟待把环境管理导入物流系统中，加快推动绿色采购、绿色运输、绿色仓储、绿色包装、绿色配送、绿色快递方式，完善回收物流和废弃物物流系统，提高资源利用效率，降低污染排放强度。构建贯穿企业采购、生产、销售、回收及废弃物处理等环节的循环物流系统，引导企业以现代物流管理技术为手段，开展模式创新和服务升级。支持企业广泛应用电子数据交换、准时制生产、配送规划、绿色包装、电动车、太阳能发电、物联网等先进技术。以尽可能少的资源能源消耗和货物损失、尽可能低的环境代价，实现物流效率和效益最大化。
