圆形逆变流玻璃钢冷却塔 

玻璃钢冷却塔耐腐蚀、强度高、重量轻、体积小、占地少、美观耐用，并且运输、安装和维修都较方便。因而被广 泛应用于国民经济各部门，对空调、制冷、空压站、加热炉及冷凝工艺等冷却水循环系统尤为适宜。
圆形逆流式玻璃钢冷却塔采用逆流式气热交换技术，填料采用优质的改性聚氯 乙波片，以扩散淋水面积；通过旋转布水方式，实现布水均匀，增强冷却效果。我厂曾对本系列产品的外形设计作过局部改进，使其更加运行可靠、耐用、装配方便.
    冷却塔结构特征
    （1）冷却塔塔体：型线合理，气流平稳，材质优良，色彩鲜艳，表面胶衣树脂内含有抗紫外线剂，耐老化，强度高，重量轻，耐腐蚀。下塔体按订货要求，可配有溢水、排污、自动给水管，可由此处直接吸水，省去冷却池，上面装有防噪消声垫，有效降低了滴水声。
    （2）冷却塔填料：采用改性聚氯乙烯波片，横向增加了凸筋，水的再分配能力强，阻力小，热力性能好，耐高温70度、低温-50度，阻燃性好。
    （3）旋转布水器及布水管：装有不锈钢球轴承，运转灵活可靠，水头低，布水均匀，采用铝合金或玻璃钢制成的布水管，管上安装收水板，克服了飘水现象。
    （4）冷却塔风机：由清华大学工程力学系根据系列冷却塔参数设计的低噪声、高效率风机，铝合金板翼型或玻璃钢叶片、噪声小、效率高。
    （5）冷却塔电机：由清华大学电机系在Y型系列安装尺寸的基础上，为冷却塔设计的低噪声节能电机、密封防水性能好、耐高温、效率高、噪声小。
    （6）冷却塔减速装置：采用了涤纶纤维增强氯丁橡胶动力带传动，耐高温、效率高，遇水不伸展，克服了打滑现象，噪声很小。
    （7）冷却塔吸声设施：超低噪声型冷却塔在进风口外增加了带吸声材料的屏蔽，并在上下两部装有吸声栅，以达到最大的降噪效果。在上塔体出风口安装了带吸声材料的喇叭口屏蔽及吸声栅，降低了风机及电机传出来的噪声。
    （8）冷却塔进风窗：装有玻璃钢百叶片，减少飘水，气流阻力小，特别适合北方地区及全年都需要使用冷却塔的单位。
   （9）冷却塔支架：所有风机、填料、进风窗、塔体等处钢支架为装配式，镀锌或涂漆防腐。紧固件都采用镀锌或不锈钢螺栓。

Cooling tower structure

(1) cooling tower body: reasonable line, smooth airflow, the material is excellent, bright color, the gel coat resin containing anti UV agents, aging resistance, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance. According to the requirements of the tower body, can be equipped with overflow water, sewage, automatic water supply pipe, can be directly from the water, eliminating the cooling tank, equipped with an anti noise muffler pad, effectively reducing the drip.

(2) filler cooling tower: made of modified PVC plate, lateral increase the convex ribs, strong ability of water redistribution, small resistance, good thermal performance, resistance to high temperature of 70 degrees, temperature of - 50 degrees, flame retardant.

(3) the rotary water and water pipe: stainless steel ball bearing, flexible and reliable operation, low head, uniform distribution of water, the use of aluminum alloy or glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe, pipe installed on the water board to overcome the phenomenon of floating water.

(4) cooling tower fan: the low noise and high efficiency blower, which is designed according to the parameters of the cooling tower, the aluminum alloy plate, aluminum alloy plate, is designed for low noise and high efficiency.

(5) cooling tower motor: the motor is installed in the Y type series, which is designed for cooling tower. The low noise energy saving motor, sealing waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, low noise.

(6) cooling tower reducer: the use of polyester fiber reinforced rubber belt transmission, high temperature, high efficiency, water does not extend, to overcome the phenomenon of slipping, noise is very small.

(7) cooling tower absorption facilities: super low noise cooling tower in the inlet estuary increased with sound-absorbing material shielding, and in two parts with sound-absorbing gate, in order to achieve the maximum noise reduction effect. In the tower body is installed on the air outlet of the sound-absorbing material trumpet shielding and absorption gate and the fan and the motor noise is reduced.
