以广泛应用于加氢反应器材料 2 .2 5Cr- 1Mo钢为研究对象 ,对步冷试验温度曲线进行分析。进行了步冷加 5 2 4℃× 2 4h和步冷加 5 2 4℃× 2 7h热处理试验。结果表明 ,步冷试验温度曲线中的第三阶段 5 2 4℃× 2 4h热处理在再次步冷试验过程中具有脆化倾向。同时对步冷试验温度曲线进行修正 ,提出了修正步冷试验温度曲线。 Based on the tests of step cooling plus 524 ℃×24 h and step cooling plus 524 ℃×27 h heat treatment for 2.25Cr-1Mo steel which is widely used in hydrogenation reactors , temperature curve for step cooling was analyzed . The test results show that the third step heat treatment (524 ℃×24 h) in temperature curve for step cooling acts as further embrittling for embrittled materials.
