2.0A/40V, Step-Down CC/CV Switching Regulator

Description
The F5312 is monolithic integrated circuits which provide all of the active functions for a step-down CC/CV switching regulator capable of driving up to 2A loads with excellent line and load regulation characteristics. The wide input voltage range of 8V to 40V makes the F5312 suitable for regulating power from a wide variety of sources, including 24V industrial supplies and automotive batteries.
The F5312 provides for a complete design using a minimum number of external components.
The F5312 also has built in programmable soft-start, over current protection, output short circuit
protection and thermal shutdown functions.
