 物料名称：PU漆表面丝印移印油墨。

 适用范围：专门用于各种塑胶（五金）产品在表面喷涂了PU漆后，在PU漆表面丝印或移印的油墨。常用于U盘、MP3、MP4、手机外壳、游戏机手柄、汽车GPS等。

 油墨性能：

1、普通溶剂型 ：该油墨色泽鲜艳，附着力好，耐摩擦细度5UM以下有优良的过网性能，图案再现性强，有黑、白、红、橙、黄、蓝、绿、紫、金、银等多种颜色可供选择。印前添加10%固化剂，印后摄氏65度恒温30分钟即可。

2、UV光固型：附着力/耐摩擦测试：1、RCE纸带机175g/平方CM重力来回300圈OK，2、含沙橡皮擦500g重力来回50次OK。

Ink performance:

1, the ink solvent type: bright color, good adhesion, rubbing fineness of 5UM had excellent network performance, strong reproduction pattern, black and white, red, orange, yellow, blue, green, purple, gold, silver and other colors to choose from. A 10% curing agent is added to the press before the press, and the temperature is 65 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.

2, UV photo solid: adhesion / friction resistance test: 1, RCE paper tape machine 175g/ square CM gravity back and forth 300 cycles OK, 2, sand containing rubber eraser 500g gravity back and forth 50 times OK.
