五金表面自干油墨 

1、油墨特性：UV光油表面丝印UV油墨，属于紫外线光固UV型丝印油墨。

2、适用材料：五金表面喷过油漆，烤漆，手机、MP3、电脑、电子字典、电器按键、汽车配件等产品上有过UV涂层工序再进行移印或丝印工艺。

 

3、技术参数：

1、可以通过RCA纸带300-400次左右（175G国标）。

2、强耐酒精测试，97%酒精度1500次。

3、橡皮磨擦5000次不露低，5000次不划伤。

4、强耐人工手汗测试固化:一般使用2000W-3000W的紫外光射，光管高度10com,有效过光距离1米，速度15秒/米，如果墨层太厚影 将响固化速度和附着力    

 

 

4、应急处理措施：

 

      a、如浸溅到眼部立即清水清洗，严重者就医。

 

b、灭火急救措施：用干粉，泡沫灭火器或沙子灭火。
