ULTEM 1010是一种无定形、高性能、固有阻燃聚醚酰亚胺。适用于桌面熔融沉积建模 （FDM） 或熔融长丝制造 （FFF） 技术 3D 打印应用。具有出色的强度、低烟析出、出色的尺寸稳定性和良好的耐化学性。它可以在高达 170°C 的温度下连续使用。 为FDM热塑性塑料提供良好的拉伸强度和出色的耐热性。加热床的建议温度为 >120°C。 PEI ULTEM 1010 符合 UL 94 V-0 阻燃等级。
ULTEM 1010 is an amorphous, ultra-performance, inherent flame retardant polyetherimide. Suitable for desktop fused deposition modelling (FDM) or fused filament fabrication (FFF) technology 3D printing applications. Exhibits outstanding strength, low smoke evolution, exceptional dimensional stability and good chemical resistance. It performs in continuous use up to 170°C. Offers superior tensile strength and excellent thermal resistance for an FDM thermoplastic. Recommended temperature for a heated bed is >120°C. PEI ULTEM 1010 complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
