Ultrason E 2010 是一种由聚醚砜 （PESU） 衍生的无定形、中等粘度、耐高温、无定形热塑性塑料。不溶于水。具有易流动，出色的耐热性和热稳定性，高温下的蠕变强度，抗断裂性，过热蒸汽，油，燃料，氟和冷却剂，良好的韧性和抗冲击性，高刚度，良好的介电性能，高机械强度，非常好的防火性能，良好的耐水解性，高抗热老化性，高的长期使用温度，耐候性，良好的尺寸稳定性和良好的电气性能绝缘能力。可使用注塑成型进行加工。建议用于汽车应用，如连接器、加热系统和前照灯组件，家庭应用，如微波炉天线和其他需要高耐热性的应用。Ultrason E 2010 符合 TSCA、EPCRA 311/312、欧盟指令 2006/122/EC （PFOA）、欧盟指令 2011/65/EU （RoHS） 和 EC 法规 1907/2006 （REACH）。


Ultrason E 2010 is an unreinforced, medium viscosity, high-temperature resistant, amorphous thermoplastic derived from polyethersulfone (PESU). It is insoluble in water. Exhibits easy flow, outstanding heat resistance & thermal stability, creep strength at high temperatures, resistance to fracture, superheated steam, oil, fuel, fluorine & coolants, good toughness & impact-resistance, high stiffness, good dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, very good fire behavior, excellent hydrolysis resistance, high resistance to thermal aging, very high long-term service temperature, resistance to weathering, good dimensional stability and good electrical insulating capacity. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as fuse encapsulation, connectors, heating system and headlight components, household applications such as microwave dishes and other applications requiring high heat resistance. Ultrason E 2010 complies with the TSCA, EPCRA 311/312, EU Directive 2006/122/EC (PFOA), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and EC Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
