SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L是高刚性、超高耐热和低比重的热敏液晶聚酯（LCP）牌号，用40%的玻璃纤维增强。它具有高强度、高透光率、高耐热老化性、低粘度、高成型性、低收缩率和低线膨胀系数（流向）。它具有快速设定、闪光产生少、各向异性高、焊接强度低、凝固速度快、阻燃性好、吸水性低、极限氧指数高、热稳定性高等特点。它具有良好的耐化学性、耐热水性、加热时产生的气体量低、无翘曲、与现成粘合剂的粘合性以及无需表面处理。它显示出高温和高剪切速率对表观熔体粘度的依赖性。即使在高温下，暴露在油中也不会膨胀或变质。采用超声波焊接，适用于无铅焊接（浸渍）。SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L适用于注塑成型加工。它用于灯座、继电器外壳和线轴。符合 UL746C 和 UL 94 V-0 阻燃等级。

SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L  is high rigidity, ultra-high heat resistant and low specific gravity thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester (LCP) grade, reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It exhibits high strength, increased light transmittance, high heat aging resistance, low viscosity, high moldability, low shrinkage and low coefficient of linear expansion (flow direction). It offers high-speed setting with less flash production, high anisotropy, low weld strength, rapid solidification speed, excellent flame retardancy, low water absorbency, highest limiting oxygen index and high thermal stability. It provides outstanding chemical resistance, hot water resistance, low amount of gas generation on heating, no warpage, bondability with off-the-shelf adhesives and no surface treatment. It shows high temperature and high shear rate dependence on apparent melt viscosity. It does not expand or deteriorate when exposed to oils, even at high temperatures. It is welded with ultrasonic welding and applicable to lead-free soldering (dipping). SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in lamp holders, relay cases and bobbins. Complies with UL746C and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
