Celanex 3316 EF3022 Natural 是一种结晶、不渗出、阻燃的（PBT），由 30% 玻璃纤维增强。在机械性能和加工性能之间表现出出色的平衡，优异的阻燃性，高热稳定性，优异的电绝缘性，高强度，刚性，即使在高温下也具有低蠕变性，高热变形温度，可涂装性，快速结晶和快速循环时间，非常好的低摩擦，耐磨性和耐候性，无环境应力开裂，以及良好的电气性能。具有良好的尺寸稳定性、低吸湿性，以及对各种化学品、溶剂、油和油脂的耐受性。可以使用注塑成型进行加工。建议用于需要 UL 批准的 50% 回收料使用能力的电连接器、刷架、点火组件、电机铃铛和端盖、多针插卡连接器、电源或信号连接器、继电器外壳和盖板、传感器外壳、插座、表面贴装技术连接器和端子板。它通过了 UL 和 CSA 认证，为 1/32 英寸的 V-0 和 1/8 英寸的 5V，符合 REACH、PFOS、PFOA 和 RoHS 法规。

Celanex 3316 EF3022 Natural is a crystalline, non-exuding, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Exhibits an excellent balance of mechanical properties and processability, excellent flame resistance, high thermal stability, excellent electrical insulation resistance, high strength, rigidity, low creep even at high temperatures, high heat distortion temperature, paintability, rapid crystallization & fast cycle time, very good low friction, wear- & weathering resistance, no environmental stress cracking, and good electrical properties. Offers good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for electrical connectors which require UL approved 50% regrind use capability, brush holders, ignition components, motor bells & end caps, multipin edge-card connectors, power- or signal connectors, relay cases & covers, sensor housings, sockets, surface mount technology connectors, and terminal boards. It is UL & CSA approved as V-0 at 1/32 inch and 5V at 1/8 inch, and complies with the REACH, PFOS, PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
