Bayblend FR3000是一种阻燃、易流动的（PC+ABS）共混物。表现出刚性、高尺寸精度和稳定性、良好的抗蠕变性、低吸湿性、良好的光稳定性和高耐热性等性能的良好平衡。具有良好的涂装性，低排放，高刚度，易于加工和高韧性 - 即使在低温下也是如此。通过注塑成型加工。建议用于电子、IT和通信、汽车和运输应用、草坪和园艺设备（骑乘式割草机、锤钻）和电气应用（连接器、电缆管道、其他电子技术产品）。Bayblend FR3000符合UL 94阻燃等级。


Bayblend FR3000 is a flame-retardant, easy flowing polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption, good light stability and high heat resistance. Possesses good paintability, provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing, and high toughness – even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products). Bayblend FR3000 complies with UL 94 flame rating.
